MAWIS now supports English and Slovak
The MAWIS portal, as well as the MawisUtility and Mawis Geoportal applications, are now available in three languages. English and Slovak have been added to the existing Czech version.

The language of the web portal can be changed using the toggle in the top right-hand corner. The language of the applications themselves is set in your user profile (Account Details) under ‘Preferred application language’. Once the settings have been changed, the selected language will automatically be applied to the user interface of supported applications.
The expansion of localisation simplifies matters for international users whilst also preparing the MAWIS portal for future support of additional language versions.
The functionality and content of the services remain focused on the Czech Republic. The applications use Czech map data, provide information on infrastructure managers operating within the Czech Republic and comply with the requirements of Czech legislation.
The new multilingual support thus makes the MAWIS environment accessible to a wider range of users without altering the system’s data or legislative focus.
