The Regional DTM System and the IS DMVS will enter the operational phase on July 1, 2024.
Owners, managers, and operators of technical infrastructure must register and share information about their networks in the nationwide DTM ČR system.
What this means for you:
- You are legally required to provide data on your networks to the regional DTMs.
- Failure to provide the data may have legal consequences, particularly in the event of damage to your network. If physical damage occurs to your network in the field after July 1, you will be liable for the damage, and no one will reimburse you for it—see the Building Act.
