With us, everything starts with specific data. We use this to draw up a quote that remains unchanged throughout the project and does not get lost in additional charges. On top of this, we provide our own surveying services \u2013 from processing source data to field measurements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fair price for <a href=\"https:\/\/dtmcr.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dtmcr.cz<\/a> services isn\u2019t set out in the price list. It is only determined once we have seen the specific data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A typical scenario goes like this. An investor or network operator has documentation \u2013 sometimes up-to-date GIS or CAD data, other times scans of old drawings. They upload them to us. We take a look at them and prepare a quote based on the actual scope of work. The price we quote does not change during the course of the project. We do not come back with addenda such as \u2018this wasn\u2019t included before\u2019 or \u2018this is an extra item\u2019.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason we follow this approach is simple. It makes no sense to compare list prices alone. Part of the market operates on a model where some of the costs are shifted elsewhere \u2013 membership fees for an association providing the service, related services, or items that only appear at a later stage. The final amount then looks different from the initial one.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We do not split the price. Whatever we calculate at the start, based on the data provided, remains valid until the end.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The price depends on the actual work involved in processing the data. It is not simply a matter of \u2018uploading to DTM\u2019. In practice, we deal with a wide variety of tasks involving the input data:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>finished digital data that needs to be converted into the correct format&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inconsistent data from various information systems&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>old paper documents stored in a box&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rough or indicative pencil markings on a map&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If something is missing or doesn\u2019t make sense, we can also go out into the field. We have surveyors who can locate control points, carry out surveys and verify accuracy in accordance with DTM requirements.
