With us, everything starts with specific data. Based on that, we prepare a quote that remains unchanged throughout the project and doesn\u2019t get buried in additional fees. We also provide our own surveying services\u2014from processing source data to field measurements.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fair price for <a href=\"https:\/\/dtmcr.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dtmcr.cz<\/a> services isn&#8217;t determined by the price list. It&#8217;s determined only once we see the specific data.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A typical scenario looks like this. An investor or network operator has documentation\u2014sometimes up-to-date GIS or CAD data, other times scans of old drawings. They upload them to us. We review the materials and prepare a quote based on the actual scope of work. The price we quote remains fixed throughout the project. We don\u2019t come back with addenda saying \u201cthis wasn\u2019t included before\u201d or \u201cthis is an additional item.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason we follow this approach is simple. It doesn\u2019t make sense to compare only list prices. Part of the market operates with models where some of the costs are shifted elsewhere\u2014membership fees for an association providing the service, related services, or items that don\u2019t appear until later. The final amount then looks different from the initial one.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We don&#8217;t split the price. Whatever we calculate at the beginning based on the data provided remains valid until the end.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The price depends on the actual work involved with the data. It\u2019s not simply a matter of \u201cimporting it into DTM.\u201d In practice, we handle a wide variety of tasks involving the input data:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul>\n<li>finished digital data that needs to be converted to the correct format\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>inconsistent data from various information systems\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>old paper documents stored in a box\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>rough or approximate pencil sketches on a map\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If something is missing or doesn&#8217;t make sense, we can also go out into the field. We have surveyors who can locate control points, survey them, and verify their accuracy according to DTM requirements.
