Bulk display of owners
It adds a list of current owners from the land register to the Excel list of parcels (XSLX), which is the result of the tools Search for affected parcels or Search for affected land blocks, using the Web Service for Remote Access (WSDP). WSDP data are online services of the Czech Land Registry that show the current status of the land register.
The task allows you to
- Verify the validity of the input Excel parcel list from the Find affected parcels or Find affected land blocks tools. The tool updates the information against the online status of the CN.
- Adds a new block to the Cadastre Online Service (WSDP) Excel with the list of owners: owner name, share, address and type of right.
- Informs by email the WSDP account holder of the money consumed (the price that will be charged by the CCHR).
Inputs – what they should look like
- Input XLSX file – contains a list of parcels of the results of the tools Search for affected parcels or Search for affected land blocks from the date of 1 July 2023.
- WSDP – username – account name for access to the Web Services for Remote Access (WSDP) from the CMA. More information here: ČÚZK – Web services of remote access (cuzk.cz).
- WSDP – password – password for the above account.
- Control number of parcels (1 parcel = 10 CZK) = number of Excel rows – used to verify the number of parcels, it is also a check on the final price you will pay to ČÚZK for using WSDP.
Outputs – what I actually get
- List of parcels with owners
- Directory of text files containing information from WSDP
- Report of the analysis carried out, including status information
